Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling Monthly or Annual

Cancel any time in Settings > Subscription > Manage billing, or at link.com, since payments are processed by Link. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then it won't renew. No cancellation fees.

2. Waymarka Life

Waymarka Life is a one-time payment. It is yours for life: no renewals, no expiry, nothing to cancel.

3. Refunds

Annual and Waymarka Life purchases can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Monthly payments are not refunded for partial months; cancel any time to stop the next charge.

If you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge, or a renewal after you cancelled), contact us and we will refund it.

4. How to ask

Email support@waymarka.app from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days. Link (Stripe) may also handle refund requests under its own buyer policy.

5. What happens after a refund

Pro access for that purchase ends; your places, flights and stats stay safe and viewable.

6. Deleting your account

Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately; Waymarka Life purchases are not refunded on account deletion.

7. Free trial

The 14-day trial needs no card and never charges you.
