Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Waymarka, you agree to these terms. RCLP Inc. reserves the right to terminate the accounts of abusive users unilaterally and at our sole discretion.
2. Strict Non-Aviation Disclaimer
Waymarka is a digital novelty map. IT IS NOT AN AVIATION TOOL. You strictly agree not to use this app for flight planning, primary navigation, or safety-critical decisions. Waymarka and its owners and operators assume absolutely zero liability for your travel or aviation activities.
3. User-Generated Content
You retain copyright protection in your own content, but you grant Waymarka a limited license to store and display your pins and routes within the app. You agree not to upload content that infringes on trademarks or violates the law. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates copyright.
4. Fees, Payments, and Subscriptions
Premium access starts with a free 14-day trial that begins when your account is created and is offered once per account. When the trial ends, your places, flights and statistics remain safe and viewable, and a Waymarka Pro plan is required to edit them. Pro is available as a monthly subscription of $2.99 USD, an annual subscription of $19.99 USD, or a one-time lifetime purchase of $49.99 USD. The Monthly plan includes one AI photo or PDF boarding-pass reading per calendar month; Annual and Lifetime include unlimited AI readings. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Existing subscribers keep the price and plan they originally purchased. You can cancel at any time in Settings under Subscription via Manage billing, and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Website purchases are processed by Stripe, and card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and never stored by Waymarka. Refund requests for website purchases may be sent to Accounts@rclpinc.com and are assessed case by case. Purchases made through Google Play are billed by Google Play, and refund requests for those purchases must be handled directly through Google Play; RCLP Inc. does not issue direct refunds for Google Play purchases.
5. Limitation of Liability ("AS IS")
The Service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, RCLP Inc. disclaims all liability for errors, data loss, or incidental damages. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RCLP Inc. and its owners and operators from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
7. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for everything you put into and take out of Waymarka. You warrant that you have the right to upload any boarding pass, photo, or file you import, and that the places, dates, flight numbers, and imported CSV records in your account are accurate. Automatic airport and route matching, AI boarding-pass reading, and route validation are conveniences only — you must verify every result before relying on it. You must keep your login credentials confidential, use the Service lawfully, and maintain your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Waymarka and its owners and operators are not responsible for decisions you make based on data you or the app entered.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
Waymarka stores essential data in your browser to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, such as theme and map settings. Continuing to use the Service means you accept this. Non-essential cookies, where used, are only set after you accept them in the consent banner, and you may reject or clear them at any time through the banner or your browser settings.
9. Connected Email Accounts
Connecting a mailbox is optional and always your choice. By connecting one, you confirm you own or are authorised to use that account, and you grant Waymarka read-only access for the single purpose of finding airline, travel agency and booking confirmation emails and suggesting flights for your log. We do not send email as you, and we do not use your mail for advertising, profiling or AI training. Email content is processed in memory and not stored; only the flight details you approve are saved. Suggestions are best-effort and may be incomplete or wrong — you must review every flight before approving it. You may disconnect at any time from Add flights, which revokes access and deletes the stored connection. Provider access is also subject to your email provider's own terms, and providers may change or withdraw it at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
11. Google Maps Timeline Imports
You may choose to import a Google Maps Timeline file that you are authorised to use. The source file is processed locally and is not stored by Waymarka. Extracted places may be incomplete or inaccurate, and repeated stops may be combined. You must review and approve each place before it is saved; you remain responsible for verifying every approved result.
